Do you require a reservation?
yes, we require a reservation for our boarding stays. Reservations are necessary so that we can ensure we have the available space for your dog during the duration of their stay. We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as you know your travel dates, our calendar fills up quickly, especially during the holiday seasons.
Where do the dogs sleep?
Each dog will be in their own kennel with a raised dog cot. if a dog has never experienced one before, they will go home wanting one. Raised dog cots are better on the dog's joints no matter what age and size they are.
Is there planned rest time during the day?
Their rest time is not scheduled, however after feeding and walks, the dogs are tired. We start them early in the day and by midday the facility is quiet as dogs rest on their own.
Do you offer grooming or bathing?
Yes, every dog receives an exit bath at no additional cost.
Do you provide dog snacks?
We have a variety of dog snacks. We are also a training facility, so we have an endless amount on hand. It is important for us to know ahead of time at the free evaluation, prior to boarding your dog with us for the first time, if they have any dietary restrictions.
What happens if there is a medical emergency?
As we hope this occurrence never arises, We take take safety measures extremely serious. If an unusual circumstance were to arise or we notice anything of concern, we will notify you immediately. We will discuss with you the next steps to take with your dog and if we need to take you dog to the vet, we have business relationships with nearby veterinary clinics.
How many dogs do you accommodate?
We do no exceed over 20 dogs at a time. Less dogs in a facility is more calming to other dogs. If there are too many in one place, it can be overwhelming and stressful on the dog.
Does my dog get playtime?
Your dog will be let out two to three times a day for an hour session with our staff for walks and play. Dogs will have activity all day long, they will enjoy walks, outdoor play, and endless amount of TLC from our staff.
Are Owners allowed to bring something from home? Blankets, Pillows, or Toys?
Yes, we encourage owners to bring something from home for their dog. This will help your dog feel more comfortable in an unfamiliar environment.
When will my dog get fed?
We require our clients to fill-out feeding instructions at drop-off. Please bring enough food for their duration of stay. We have plenty of our own measuring cups, spoons and do not charge anything extra. If your dog is one a specific diet, or you need their food to be frozen/refrigerated, we can do that! It is our goal to make your dog as comfortable as possible when being away from home.
Do they have access to outdoors or do you let them out?
They go on one-on-one walks with our staff and also have outdoor area they can spend time.
What type of security do you have on site?
No need to worry, as we have 24/7 surveillance and an alarm system.
