Our Board & Train program provides a custom training experience that adapts to your dog’s specific needs. We don’t just train in a facility—we take your dog to various real-world environments to ensure they’re prepared for any situation.
Comprehensive Training Locations: Your dog will train at our facility as well as in local parks, nature trails, dog-friendly stores, and urban areas with higher foot traffic.
Private Lessons for Seamless Transition: Before graduation, we schedule private lessons both at our facility and in your home to ensure a smooth transition back to daily life.
Owner Education: We empower you with the tools and confidence to be a great leader for your dog—because you and your dog are a team.
Daily Report Cards: Receive daily updates on your dog’s progress and training activities.
Flexible Training Options: Choose from on-leash, partial off-leash, or full off-leash programs.
Comprehensive Training Areas: We address everything from leash manners, sit, down, place, stay, and door manners to behavior modification like no jumping, nipping, counter-surfing, and crate training.
The 3 D’s of Training: We focus on building Distance, Distraction, and Duration with each command to ensure reliable, real-world obedience.
Continued Learning: Your program includes a 12-month membership to SmartPaw, giving you access to ongoing education via our community page, where you can ask trainers questions, view others’ questions, and attend weekly in-person group classes at no additional cost.

2- Private Lessons
Private lessons offer one-on-one instruction focused on your dog’s immediate training needs. These sessions are personalized to address your goals and help you achieve meaningful progress.
Personalized Training: Held at our facility in Denton, Texas, these 5 one-hour sessions are designed to tackle your dog’s high-priority training goals.
Step-by-Step Guidance: We teach you how to train your dog, reviewing your progress each week and building on your training plan.

3- Membership Program
Our 12-month membership program is perfect for those who want ongoing access to training resources and a supportive community.
Training Library: Access a vast library of training videos, covering everything from puppyhood through adulthood. Learn the best methods for understanding and training your dog.
Online Community Access: Engage with our expert trainers and other pet owners in an exclusive online community, where you can ask questions and share experiences.
